Your mission

  • Manage and further develop existing customer relationships for our 2D, 3D, and AI solutions across the DACH North region.
  • Identify new business opportunities, acquire new customers, and build long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Prepare customer proposals, follow up on quotations, and independently negotiate pricing and contract terms.
  • Take ownership of lead management and sales forecasting to effectively manage your sales pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Plan, prepare, and present our solutions to customers—both remotely and on-site.
  • Represent our company at trade shows, industry events, and customer conferences.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Marketing, and Technical Support, to ensure the successful delivery of customer projects.
  • Stay up to date with market developments and technology trends, and actively contribute ideas to further strengthen our sales strategy.

Your profile

  • A degree or vocational qualification in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Several years of experience in Sales or Business Development, ideally within the technology, industrial, or AI sector.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, including building, managing, and developing long-term customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, combined with a confident and professional presence.
  • A self-driven, structured, and results-oriented way of working.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned sales region.
  • Ideally, first-hand experience with Machine Vision, 3D technologies, or AI applications.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales management tools is considered an advantage.
  • Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
