Your mission

Strategic Leadership of the Sales Organization
  • You lead our international sales organization and work closely with your team to drive the next phase of the company's growth.
  • You continuously refine and develop our sales strategy, ensuring alignment with our corporate objectives and the requirements of our international markets.
  • You support strategic customer projects and guide your team through complex sales processes and executive-level negotiations.
  • You further evolve our sales approach from traditional product sales toward a modern, solution-oriented consultative selling methodology.
Market and Competitive Insight
  • You support senior management in strengthening and expanding our market position by providing valuable insights from customer, competitor, and market perspectives.
  • You identify new market opportunities, unlock growth potential, and contribute to the expansion of our international customer portfolio.
  • You analyze sales KPIs, forecasts, and market trends, translating insights into actionable initiatives that drive business growth.
Leadership and Collaboration
  • You coach and develop your team, fostering a high-performance, customer-centric, and collaborative sales culture.
  • You lead the Direct Sales, Technical Sales, and After Sales functions, creating the framework for effective cross-functional collaboration and outstanding customer engagement.
  • You work closely with Product Management, Consulting, Delivery, and the Management Team to maximize value creation for our customers.

Your profile

  • You have several years of leadership experience in international B2B software sales and have successfully built, developed, and led sales teams.
  • You thrive in the sale of complex software solutions and know how to translate customer needs into sustainable business success.
  • You bring experience in an enterprise sales environment and are comfortable navigating complex decision-making processes involving multiple stakeholders on both the customer and company side.
  • You think strategically, act entrepreneurially, and at the same time enjoy driving initiatives forward pragmatically together with your team.
  • You view sales not merely as closing deals, but as building long-term customer relationships and sustainable partnerships.
  • You are able to identify market opportunities early and translate them into sustainable growth strategies and new business potential.
  • Ideally, you have experience in a fashion-tech, software, PLM, CAD, 3D, or a comparable technology-driven environment.
  • You stand out through your strong communication skills, negotiation expertise, and confident presence at all organizational levels—from end users and technical specialists to C-level executives.
  • You work in a data-driven, structured, and results-oriented manner and maintain a clear overview even in a dynamic international environment.
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills complete your profile.
