THE JOB
WHAT YOU´LL ACTUALLY DO
Your day-to-day work combines software, customer interaction, fashion, and sales.
You will:- learn and understand our 2D CAD, 3D, and AI solutions
- support customers and prospects with technical questions
- analyze customer requirements together with our Sales team
- understand technical requirements and translate them into suitable solutions
- support our sales process with your technical expertise
- work closely with Sales, Presales, Product Management, and Development
- gradually become a trusted technical point of contact for our customers

Must have
- Technical understanding and an interest in software
- Enjoyment of customer interaction and communication
- Structured and independent way of working
- Very good German and good English skills
- Willingness to learn our products in depth

- Initial experience with CAD, 3D, simulation, or comparable software
- Background in fashion, textiles, product development, or a technical degree
- Initial experience in sales, presales, consulting, or customer support
