Your mission
- You support our sales team in the technical evaluation of customer requirements and independently prepare proposals for our CAD, 3D visualization, AI, and SaaS solutions.
- You analyze customer requirements, assess their technical feasibility, and work closely with sales and internal experts to develop tailored solution concepts.
- You act as the interface between customers, sales, and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication throughout the entire presales process.
- You conduct customer calls, answer technical questions, and support presentations as well as solution demonstrations.
- You coordinate the handover of customer projects to the delivery teams and support project transitions from a technical perspective.
- You contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, service descriptions, and proposal templates.
- You collaborate closely with sales, product management, delivery, and technical experts to develop the best possible solutions for our customers.
Your profile
- You have completed a technical or commercial apprenticeship, hold a degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field, or possess a comparable qualification.
- You have gained initial professional experience in technical sales, presales, IT support, consulting, systems engineering, or a similar customer-facing role.
- You are interested in software solutions, digital technologies, and modern CAD, 3D visualization, AI, or SaaS applications.
- You have a strong technical aptitude and can explain complex concepts in a clear and audience-appropriate manner.
- You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented way and are able to manage multiple topics simultaneously.
- You are a strong communicator with a confident presence and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ideally, you have already gained experience with technical proposals, customer requirements analysis, or presales processes.
- Very good German and good English communication skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
