Your mission
- Manage and further develop existing customer relationships for our 2D, 3D, and AI solutions across the DACH South region.
- Identify new business opportunities, acquire new customers, and build long-term strategic partnerships.
- Prepare customer proposals, follow up on quotations, and independently negotiate pricing and contract terms.
- Take ownership of lead management and sales forecasting to effectively manage your pipeline and revenue targets.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver compelling presentations of our solutions—both remotely and on-site at customer locations.
- Represent our company at trade shows, industry events, and customer conferences.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Marketing, and Technical Support, to ensure the successful delivery of customer projects.
- Stay up to date with market developments and technology trends, and actively contribute ideas to further strengthen our sales strategy.
Your profile
- A degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification.
- Several years of experience in Sales or Business Development, ideally within the technology, industrial, or AI sector.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, including building, managing, and developing long-term customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, combined with a confident and professional presence.
- A self-driven, structured, and results-oriented way of working.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned sales region.
- Ideally, first-hand experience with Machine Vision, 3D technologies, or AI applications.
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales management tools is an advantage.
- Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
