Your mission

  • Support one or more of the following areas, depending on your interests and focus:
    • IT contract law
    • Data protection & data law
    • Artificial intelligence & IT regulation
    • Employment law
    • Compliance & governance
    • Legal process management (e.g. contract management, workflows)
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
  • Conduct legal research and prepare analyses, particularly in IT and AI-related matters
  • Support the development and optimization of internal policies, processes, and compliance structures
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as IT, HR, Sales, and Finance
  • Assist in implementing regulatory requirements and new legal developments

Your profile

Must-haves:
  • Student, legal trainee (Referendar), or graduate
  • Degree in Law, Business Law, or a related field
  • Interest in at least one of the above-mentioned areas
  • Open-minded, solution-oriented personality with the ability to think beyond traditional legal perspectives
  • Very good German and/or English skills, both written and spoken
​Nice-to-have:
  • First experience in one of the above-mentioned areas
  • Strong interest in technology / technical affinity
  • Additional language skills such as Chinese, French, or Italia
