Your mission
- Support one or more of the following areas, depending on your interests and focus:
- IT contract law
- Data protection & data law
- Artificial intelligence & IT regulation
- Employment law
- Compliance & governance
- Legal process management (e.g. contract management, workflows)
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
- Conduct legal research and prepare analyses, particularly in IT and AI-related matters
- Support the development and optimization of internal policies, processes, and compliance structures
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as IT, HR, Sales, and Finance
- Assist in implementing regulatory requirements and new legal developments
Your profile
Must-haves:
- Student, legal trainee (Referendar), or graduate
- Degree in Law, Business Law, or a related field
- Interest in at least one of the above-mentioned areas
- Open-minded, solution-oriented personality with the ability to think beyond traditional legal perspectives
- Very good German and/or English skills, both written and spoken
- First experience in one of the above-mentioned areas
- Strong interest in technology / technical affinity
- Additional language skills such as Chinese, French, or Italia
