No previous marketing experience is required for this position. We'll provide comprehensive training and guide you step by step, so you'll learn everything you need to succeed in your role.

We're looking for someone to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis (30–40 hours per week). Whether you're starting your career, changing professions, returning to work, or currently studying, we'd love to get to know you.

Your mission

You'll support our marketing team with organizational and administrative tasks while helping to ensure that our data and processes remain accurate, up to date, and well structured.

  • Maintain, update, and organize CRM data in HubSpot
  • Support data quality assurance activities
  • Prepare and maintain contact and company information
  • Assist with email campaigns and marketing projects
  • Handle general administrative and organizational tasks within the marketing team
  • Conduct research and prepare simple reports and analyses
  • Support various projects and assist with day-to-day business

Your profile

  • You work carefully, in a structured manner, and are reliable.
  • You enjoy learning new tasks and becoming familiar with new tools and software.
  • You're open-minded, communicative, and enjoy working as part of a team.
  • Good German skills and basic English skills will help you in your daily work.
  • Initial experience with Microsoft Office applications or CRM systems is an advantage, but not required.
  • No previous marketing experience is necessary—we'll teach you everything you need to know.
  • Whether you're a recent graduate, career changer, student, or returning to work, your motivation and willingness to learn are more important to us than your résumé.
