• Independently manage, shape, and continuously develop a modern IT environment
• Be responsible for the administration of internal IT systems (Windows, Linux) and networks
• Ensure the smooth operation of clients and servers
• Manage and maintain MS Active Directory structures and virtualization using Hyper-V
• Plan and implement smaller IT projects independently
• Act as a point of contact for internal departments on topic-specific questions
• Optimize administrative tasks by creating your own scripts and tools with a solution-oriented mindset
• Plan and coordinate system copies, backups, upgrades, and patch management
• Conduct performance and issue analyses, monitor and control IT systems, and resolve errors and incidents
• Collaborate with your team, when needed, on the planning, execution, and coordination of internal showrooms and external trade fairs

• You are a helpful and solution-oriented team player (m/f/d)
• You show initiative and proactively identify and complete tasks independently
• You have successfully completed training as an IT specialist for system integration, system administrator, or a comparable qualification
• You have at least three years of hands-on experience in professional Windows system administration
• Knowledge of virtualization, network technologies, web services, and hosting is a plus
• Experience in scripting (e.g., PowerShell) and cloud computing is appreciated but not required
• You are enthusiastic about new technologies, 2D and 3D environments, and are eager to explore the exciting world of AI with us
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile
